Vegetable lean pizza without cheese on yeast dough

Pizza for Lent! Simple, tasty and with a twist! Create the mood at home! I usually prepare lenten pizza with the following filling: I grease the dough itself with ketchup mixed with lenten mayonnaise. I fry mushrooms with onions and bell peppers. Separately, I stew salted green tomatoes (fresh are now very expensive), cut into thin slices. Then I mix everything, sometimes adding sauce to make it juicier. You can make any other lean filling from vegetables, mushrooms, herbs, tofu cheese and so on.
