Vanilla roll with banana and candies

Ingredients.
STEP 2
We are preparing a biscuit. Beat the eggs with a whisk, add sugar and vanilla sugar in portions, continuing to beat.
STEP 3
Then add flour in portions and mix. Add salt and soda, slaked with vinegar (or citric acid diluted with water).
STEP 4
Stir until smooth, the dough is thick and fluid.
STEP 5
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and coat with oil. I have a baking sheet measuring 36x24 cm. Pour the dough and level it with a spoon over the entire surface of the baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 20-30 minutes.
STEP 6
Preparing the cream. Using a mixer, beat heavy cream with powdered sugar. Gradually add powdered sugar in portions. I bought homemade cream, it is very thick.
STEP 7
Cover the finished biscuit with a towel and turn it over onto the towel. Carefully remove the parchment paper.
STEP 8
Roll the long side into a roll along with a towel and leave to cool.
STEP 9
We peel the bananas and straighten them, cut them in places where they are rounded, and turn these pieces in the opposite direction.
STEP 10
Carefully unroll the cooled biscuit and remove the towel. Coat the entire surface with cream (I left 2 tablespoons of cream for decoration). Lay out the banana and roll it up.
STEP 11
Coat the top of the roll with cream.
STEP 12
To decorate, I grated a waffle bar using a fine-hole grater. You can grate chocolate or any other candy.
STEP 13
Sprinkle the roll evenly with the resulting crumbs. Place in the refrigerator to harden the cream.
STEP 14
For ease of serving, you can cut a long roll in half. Call everyone to the table, enjoy your tea!
