STEP 1

How to make turtle salad with apple and walnuts? Prepare the necessary products. You can take any parts of turkey (fillet, drumsticks). Choose a sweet and sour apple, for example, Simerenko or Granny Smith varieties. Boil the turkey in salted water until cooked. Place the turkey in boiling water so that all the flavor and juiciness remain in the meat and do not go into the broth. Cool the finished chicken and separate from the bones. Cut the turkey into small pieces.

Finely chop the walnuts with a knife.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. You can also use processed cheese.
STEP 4

Hard boil the eggs, cover with cold water until cool. Peel the eggs, separate the yolks from the whites. Leave one protein to decorate the salad, chop the rest on a fine grater.

Form a salad. On an appropriately sized plate, place a layer of prepared turkey into a slightly oval shape.

Apply mayonnaise on top.

Then evenly distribute the grated whites and mayonnaise again.

Peel the apple and remove seeds. Grind the apple on a coarse grater.

Grind the yolks on a fine grater, place the yolks on the cheese layer. If necessary, carefully adjust the shape of the salad. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on top of the salad.

Sprinkle the salad on all sides with chopped walnuts.

Cut the remaining egg white into pieces for the turtle's head and legs. Eyes can be made from peppercorns. Place the salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour to soak.

Before serving, garnish the salad with parsley leaves. You can apply a mayonnaise design to the turtle’s “shell.” Bon appetit!
