Turkish flatbread with cheese
Turkish cuisine! Simply and easily! And very tasty! Very tender flatbreads. You can cook with different fillings, for example, with meat, with vegetables, with sugar and cinnamon, with chicken and mushrooms!
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Sift flour into a bowl, add salt, olive oil, water. Knead a fairly soft dough and shape it into a ball.
STEP 2

Divide the ball into 6 parts.
STEP 3

Roll each into a layer approximately 17 cm in diameter.
STEP 4

Roll the dough onto a rolling pin and roll it out with both hands directly on the rolling pin from the middle to the edges.
STEP 5

You should get a thin circle with a diameter of approximately 30 cm.
STEP 6

Chop the greens.
STEP 7

Sprinkle the dough layers with cheese and herbs.
STEP 8

A frying pan with a diameter of 28 cm fits two things. Fry on both sides until golden brown for 3 minutes.
