Prepare all ingredients.

Combine kefir with warm water and mix with a spoon.

Add a pinch of salt and sifted flour.

Knead into a thick dough with a spoon. Cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Wash the parsley and chop finely. In a separate bowl, mix cottage cheese with herbs. Salt the filling to taste.

Divide the dough into 5-6 parts.
