Turkey lagman with vegetables and noodles

STEP 1

How to make turkey lagman with vegetables and noodles? Prepare all the necessary products that are indicated on the list. I used turkey thigh, but you can use breast or any other meat of your choice. The amount of vegetables can be increased or decreased according to taste.
STEP 2

Remove the skin and bone from the turkey thigh. Rinse the pulp, dry with napkins and cut into small pieces of the same size.
STEP 3

Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a high-rimmed frying pan or heavy-bottomed saucepan. You can also use a cauldron to prepare lagman. Send the turkey to roast. Cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until golden brown. Next, reduce the flame, pour in a quarter glass of hot water, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the meat for about 40 minutes. Periodically open the lid and check that the turkey is not burning.
STEP 4

At this time, take care of your vegetables. Peel the potatoes, onions, carrots and garlic (if using). Cut the pepper in half and remove the center and seeds. Rinse everything in cold water.
STEP 5

Cut the onion, carrot and bell pepper into small cubes.
STEP 6

Chop the potatoes into small cubes as well.
STEP 7

Add tomatoes, cut into squares, onions, carrots, peppers and garlic, passed through a press, to the pan. The garlic can be finely chopped by hand.
STEP 8

Salt everything to taste and add your favorite seasonings.
STEP 9

Pour in the required amount of water. Add potatoes to all ingredients and bring to a boil over high heat. If desired, you can add tomato paste or ketchup at this stage. Mix everything, reduce the flame to low and simmer under the lid for at least 30 minutes.
STEP 10

Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to package instructions. Then drain in a colander.
STEP 11

Taste the finished lagman, add salt and pepper if necessary.
STEP 12

Pour noodles into each person's plate and pour in the required amount of aromatic lagman. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
