STEP 1

Prepare the necessary ingredients. Remove the fillet from the turkey breast so that the meat is in an even layer. Let it turn out not in one piece, but in two or three, it is important that there are no small pieces or frayed edges
STEP 2

Chop the garlic or put it through a crusher and place it in a bowl.
STEP 3

Add all the seasonings and salt to the garlic, stir.
STEP 4

Rub the meat well with the seasoning mixture.
STEP 5

Transfer the meat to a container and refrigerate for 5-8 hours.
STEP 6

Cut 3-4 layers of foil from the roll. Place the fillet in the center, fold each layer so that all seams are on top.
STEP 7

Bake the meat in the multicooker in the “Baking” mode for 1 hour. After the multicooker has finished working, leave the meat in the bowl (do not open the lid) for another 1 hour. Then take out the boiled pork and put it in the refrigerator right in the foil for another 5 hours. The aromatic homemade boiled pork is ready!
