How to make a tomato, egg and cheese appetizer? Very simple! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can change or add the filling to your liking.

Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into slices. Choose tomatoes that are juicy but firm. Soft fruits do not hold their shape well; during cutting and cooking, they will spread into a shapeless mass and spoil the appearance of the dish.
STEP 3

Wash the eggs in running water, hard-boil, cool and peel. Cut into small cubes.
STEP 4

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes.

Wash the wild garlic, dry it and finely chop it. If you wish, you can replace or supplement it with other herbs, for example, dill, parsley, cilantro, green onions, or use a mixture of different herbs.

In a bowl, combine eggs, grated cheese, wild garlic, and a clove of garlic passed through a press.
STEP 7

Season the filling with salt, pepper, mayonnaise and mix.
