Tomatoes with eggs and cheese are one of my favorite childhood snacks! Mom prepared them for almost every holiday and for welcoming guests. Somehow I completely forgot about this dish, but I saw it on the website and immediately wanted to cook it. The fresh flavor of the tomatoes goes well with the spread, it's simply divine!
