    Place the cream cheese in a bowl and stir until smooth. For greater elasticity, you can add one tablespoon of sour cream. Divide the cream cheese into two equal parts. Peel the garlic, chop it and add it to each piece of cheese.

Tomatoes with curd cheese and garlic turned our dinner into a festive one. It's always nice to eat something not only tasty, but also beautiful. For this dish I used dense, sweet tomatoes. I cut them thick enough so that the appetizer wouldn’t fall apart. To remove excess moisture, I blotted the mugs with a paper towel. For the tops I used cottage cheese. It turned out to be dense, so I took the author’s advice and added sour cream. From the greens I took dill and green onions. This is the perfect combination for my taste. A little garlic added a nice spice. I put the cheese mass into a disposable bag and squeezed it out through the “open star” nozzle. I think it turned out cute) And it tastes just great! Even the children liked the delicate and spicy filling combined with tomatoes.
