STEP 1

How to make tomatoes with curd cheese and garlic? Prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list. From this set we will prepare two types of snacks that are very similar in appearance, but completely different in taste. And so that you can distinguish them on the holiday table, take red and yellow tomatoes. It is best to take cream tomatoes, fleshy and dense. Wash tomatoes and herbs and dry them from water.
STEP 2

Place the cream cheese in a bowl and stir until smooth. For greater elasticity, you can add one tablespoon of sour cream. Divide the cream cheese into two equal parts. Peel the garlic, chop it and add it to each piece of cheese.
STEP 3

Remove the tough part of the stem from the basil leaves and chop finely. If desired, you can grind them in a blender to a puree. But we like it better when basil fully reveals its flavor when you start eating it. Salt everything and mix.
STEP 4

Add finely chopped dill and green onions to another part of the curd cheese. Salt everything and stir until the greens are evenly distributed.
STEP 5

Cut off the stem of the tomato and cut crosswise into circles approximately 1-1.5 centimeters thick. Decorate the serving dish with dill and basil and place the chopped tomato slices. This can be done in any order you like.
STEP 6

Spread the cheese mixture among the tomato slices. Place the cheese mixture with dill and green onions on the red circles, and the mixture with basil on the yellow circles. This can be done using an ordinary teaspoon, but it is better to put the mixture in a pastry bag with a star tip, it will turn out both quickly and beautifully. Garnish the top with basil and dill leaves and serve immediately.
