Tiramisu with cherries without eggs

STEP 1

How to make tiramisu with cherries? Prepare the ingredients indicated in the recipe. Take cream with at least 33% fat. Frozen pitted cherries must be removed from the freezer in advance and defrosted in a colander. You can replace them with canned cherries, which also need to be placed in a colander first so that all the liquid is drained.
STEP 2

Place the cold cream into a container pre-chilled in the refrigerator. Beat them with a mixer until soft peaks form, gradually adding powdered sugar.
STEP 3

Add mascarpone piece by piece to the whipped cream and gently stir the mixture with a silicone spatula until smooth in one direction from top to bottom. If you want, add a tablespoon of liqueur to the cream, but this is not necessary.
STEP 4

Brew your coffee in advance. When it has cooled, pour in a couple of teaspoons of cognac or coffee liqueur. I didn't add sugar, but you can add it to your liking.
STEP 5

Now you can start assembling the dessert. Prepare portioned bowls. Place about a tablespoon of cream and mascarpone on the bottom of the container.
STEP 6

Dip Savoiardi cookies in coffee and cognac on one side. Break the cookies into two parts and place the dry side on top of the cream.
STEP 7

Spread about 2-3 teaspoons of cherries over the cookies.
STEP 8

Place the buttercream on the cherries again and spread over the entire surface.
STEP 9

The next layer is again cherries, but this time put them less.
STEP 10

The last layer is cream cheese cream.
STEP 11

You can decorate tiramisu with cherries without eggs at your own discretion. I grated the chocolate on a coarse grater (you can chop it with a knife), garnished with pomegranate seeds and a fresh mint leaf. You can simply sprinkle the dessert with cocoa powder through a fine strainer, add cocktail or fresh cherries. Before serving, keep the finished tiramisu in the refrigerator for several hours (it is better to leave it overnight) to soak.
