Cream on raw eggs for the famous Italian dessert. Culinary debates about tiramisu are still ongoing. And the main disagreements concern the cream: how best to prepare it - with raw eggs or with heat treatment. I’ll say right away that raw eggs are quite dangerous. However, even this risk cannot make me refuse a few spoons of eggnog when I prepare charlotte. Therefore, I wasn’t particularly worried here either. To say that I really liked this cream is to say nothing. The most delicious tiramisu I've ever tried.
