STEP 1
Products for preparing the recipe. Thaw the tilapia fillet and wash it. Peel the onion, wash it and the greens. Tomatoes can be taken either fresh or frozen.
STEP 2
Place the tilapia fillet in a baking dish. Salt and season with a mixture of peppers.
STEP 3
Cut the tomato into slices or circles and place on the fillet.
STEP 4
Cut the onion into half rings and place on top. We dilute the sour cream a little with water (if it’s thick) and pour it over the fish. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
STEP 5
Sprinkle with grated hard cheese. Place in a preheated oven.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
