Tilapia fillet with cheese and onions in the oven

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Products for preparing the recipe. Thaw the tilapia fillet and wash it. Peel the onion, wash it and the greens. Tomatoes can be taken either fresh or frozen.
STEP 2

Place the tilapia fillet in a baking dish. Salt and season with a mixture of peppers.
STEP 3

Cut the tomato into slices or circles and place on the fillet.
STEP 4

Cut the onion into half rings and place on top. We dilute the sour cream a little with water (if it’s thick) and pour it over the fish. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
STEP 5

Sprinkle with grated hard cheese. Place in a preheated oven.
STEP 6

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

I only had 4 tilapia fillets. It turned out to be a simple, very tasty and juicy dish. Tilapia is also rich in protein, so satiety is guaranteed for a long time. I often eat fish. but I don’t cook often. I really liked this recipe. Thank you!
