STEP 1

How to make pancakes with kefir and boiling water? Prepare your food. Wash the eggs in the shell and dry them with napkins. Take a spacious bowl, beat the eggs into it and combine them with sugar. Mix the egg mixture a little with a whisk.
STEP 2

Then add a little vegetable oil, a pinch of salt and kefir. Stir.
STEP 3

Sift the flour through a sieve, pour into the bowl with the dough and stir with a whisk so that no lumps of flour remain. Add baking soda.
STEP 4

Then pour boiling water into the dough and knead the dough. When you add boiling water, the flour in the dough will cook and the dough will become more pliable. Watch the consistency of the dough, do not pour in all the water at once.
STEP 5

The finished dough should be liquid enough to spread well in the pan. Focus on this, and not on the amount of liquid or flour.
STEP 6

Heat the pancake pan until hot. Before the first pancake, grease it a little with oil. Pour a little pancake batter onto it and quickly spread it over the entire surface. Bake the pancakes over medium heat for a minute on each side until golden brown.
STEP 7

Remove the finished pancakes to a large plate and cover with a lid to prevent them from drying out. When all the pancakes are ready, flip the entire stack of pancakes over. The bottom pancakes will already be steamed and will be soft and tasty. Serve them with jam, sour cream or condensed milk. Bon appetit!
