Due to the fact that the pan is hot, holes will immediately begin to appear on the surface of the pancake.

    Bake the pancake until golden brown, then turn it over to the other side. Place the finished pancakes in a stack on a plate. Do not grease the pan before the rest of the pancakes; there will be enough oil in the dough. Bake pancakes using all the dough this way. I got 9 pieces.
