I like to learn something new, at this stage of life - to expand my gastronomic horizons. Therefore, today I set myself the task of getting acquainted with a new salad recipe. I liked the recipe - Classic Tenderness Salad. There are few ingredients, only three - chicken breast, eggs and onions. The first thing I did was cut the chicken into pieces and separate the breast. Boil the meat in a small amount of water, adding a pinch of salt, half a carrot, a small onion and a bay leaf. Chicken in this broth becomes tastier and more aromatic. And the broth itself, also very tasty, can be used to make soup or a snack. While the chicken was cooking, I marinated finely chopped onions. I made a large egg pancake from two eggs - lightly mixed the eggs in a bowl, added a little salt, poured it into a frying pan, and fried it on both sides. I cut the finished pancake into narrow strips. I boiled one egg, which I then used for decoration. I combined all the ingredients in a bowl, added mayonnaise and stirred. Then she put the salad on a flat plate and sprinkled it with grated egg white and yolk. The salad turned out to be really tender, tasty, with its own twist - the piquant sourness of pickled onions.
