STEP 1

How to make a classic Tenderness salad with chicken? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Use any boneless chicken parts. This could be breast fillet or thigh fillet. We will use raw carrots for the salad. But if desired, you can boil it.
STEP 2

Chicken and eggs must be boiled in advance. Place the chicken meat in boiling water and cook for 30 minutes, adding a little salt. Cook the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and fill them with cold water. Cool the meat and eggs. Then peel the eggs.
STEP 3

Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Finely chop the peeled onion. Place it in a bowl, add 150 ml of water and vinegar. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes. Then place the onion in a strainer to drain excess liquid. You can rinse it a little with water.
STEP 4

We will lay out the salad in layers. Place the ring on a plate. For decoration, you can take a few lettuce leaves. Finely chop the chicken meat and place it in the ring as the first layer. Press down a little to make the layer denser. Brush the chicken with mayonnaise.
STEP 5

Distribute the pickled onions evenly.
STEP 6

Place the next layer of boiled eggs, grated. Brush the egg layer with mayonnaise.
STEP 7

Peel fresh carrots, rinse to remove dirt and grate on a fine grater. Place the next layer of grated carrots and mayonnaise again.
STEP 8

Place the last layer of grated cheese. Take any cheese you like. Carefully remove the serving ring. Cool the salad a little in the refrigerator. Bon appetit!
