Tender meat in the oven
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to bake tender pork meat in foil in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Ham, shoulder, tenderloin or carbonate are perfect for this dish. Take spices specifically for pork or any others to your taste. To give the dish special flavors, you should use dry herbs, paprika, ginger, garlic and onions.
STEP 2
Wash the pork butt and pat dry with paper towels. Rub the meat with salt and spices.
STEP 3
Peel the garlic and cut into petals.
STEP 4
Make deep punctures in a piece of meat with a knife. Stuff the pork with garlic petals.
STEP 5
Place the meat in a bowl, brush with soy sauce, being careful to get the sauce into the cuts.
STEP 6
Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for about 12 hours.
STEP 7
Turn on the oven to 220 degrees. Tie the marinated meat with culinary thread so that it does not lose its shape and place it in a deep baking dish. You can also bake the meat in a culinary sleeve.
STEP 8
Pour red wine over the meat.
STEP 9
Cover the pan with foil and press the edges tightly. Bake the meat for about 30 minutes at 220°C, then reduce the heat to 180°C and bake the pork for another 45 minutes. The exact cooking time depends on the features of your oven.
STEP 10
Remove the tender baked meat from the oven, cool and cut into slices.
STEP 11
