Tashkent classic beef salad with radish

STEP 1

How to make Tashkent classic salad with beef and radish? To prepare the salad, take the following set of products: green radish, boiled beef, hard-boiled eggs (preferably country eggs with bright yolks), onions, sunflower seeds for frying them and mayonnaise and/or sour cream for dressing, I took mayonnaise.
STEP 2

Peel the green radish and cut into large long strips or thin bars.
STEP 3

Place the prepared radish in a deep bowl and pour in cold water for 10-15 minutes to remove the pungent odor and excess bitterness of the root vegetable.
STEP 4

Cut the boiled beef into the same cubes (any lean boiled meat is acceptable).
STEP 5

Cut the eggs into slices to place on the surface of the salad as a decoration, chop the rest finely and add to the salad.
STEP 6

Remember the radish on the sieve and let the water drain completely.
STEP 7

Peel the onion and cut it into half rings, fry the onion in a heated frying pan with oil until transparent.
STEP 8

In a common saucepan, combine all the prepared ingredients: chopped radish, beef, eggs, fried and cooled onions.
STEP 9

Greens are added optionally, this is not a mandatory component. I took dill and parsley, finely chopped them, and added them to the salad.
STEP 10

Mix the salad and season with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise or sour cream or mayonnaise before serving. You can serve in portions, garnishing the salad with wedges of herbs and slices of eggs.
