For the classic Tashkent salad of beef with radish, I took daikon, a small piece of pork, an onion, two eggs and mayonnaise. I cooked the meat, cooled it, and cut it into small pieces. I grated the daikon on a coarse grater to make the salad juicy. Cut the onion into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until soft. Hard boiled eggs, finely chopped. I combined all the ingredients in a deep bowl, added mayonnaise and salt. The salad turned out wonderful! Very juicy, tasty and filling. I will definitely cook again! Thank you very much!
