    How to make tartlets? Prepare all ingredients. You can take tartlets of any size you need, from puff pastry or shortcrust pastry. I have them small, sandy. You can buy them or bake them yourself. Boil chicken eggs and cool. Use homemade mayonnaise.

    Grate the cheese on a medium grater. And transfer it immediately to the salad bowl, in which you will mix the mass later.

    Peel the boiled eggs. And grate them on a medium grater, adding them to the cheese.

    Pass the peeled garlic through a press.

    Combine grated eggs, cheese and garlic in a salad bowl.

    Season the mixture with salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Be careful with the salt, though! Mayonnaise itself is salty, so you may not need salt - taste the salad.

    Mix the salad well until smooth. If the mixture turns out to be dry, add more mayonnaise.

    Fill the tartlets with the egg and cheese mixture. Decorate them as desired. I garnished with red bell pepper slices and basil leaves.

I made egg tartlets using this recipe. I bought small shortbread tartlets. I chose processed cheese according to the author’s advice. I boiled the eggs and cooled them a little in advance. I grated all the ingredients on a medium grater and mixed with mayonnaise. I tried the filling, it turned out very tasty) I filled mini tartlets with cheese and egg mixture. I fit 2 teaspoons of filling into each tartlet. I didn’t even have time to decorate, the appetizer was a huge sellout. Everyone liked the spicy and tender filling, and in combination with the crispy tartlet it turned out to be very satisfying. Tartlets with cheese and egg are a very beautiful, tasty and quick snack for any table. I will cook again and recommend it to everyone! Thanks to the author for the idea!

I made an interesting snack for the children - tartlets with egg and cheese. The process is very fast and simple. I had small shortbread tartlets that are used for caviar. For the filling, I mixed two eggs and a piece of cheese, which I grated on a medium grater. Dressed with mayonnaise and salt. My consistency turned out to be a little drier, but I didn’t add more mayonnaise. It seems to me that, for a change, you can mix mayonnaise half and half with cream or soft processed cheese. My filling still came out tender and delicious. I didn’t use garlic because children don’t like it. But for adults, I would add a couple of cloves for spiciness. I simply scooped the filling onto the tartlets with a teaspoon. The appetizer was the first to go! Everyone really enjoyed the delicious “baskets”!
