  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make tartlets with avocado, red fish and cream cheese? Prepare your food. The tartlets in this recipe use ready-made store-bought ones, but you can make them yourself.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Wash and dry the avocado. Cut it in half and, rotating each half in opposite directions, divide it into two parts. Remove the pit. Use a spoon to scoop out the avocado pulp. When buying an avocado, pay attention to its softness - a hard avocado is tasteless and will not be blended. If you bought an unripe avocado, keep it in a paper bag with an apple - after a couple of days it will become soft.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

I used an immersion blender to beat the tartlet cream, so I put the avocado pulp into a glass. If you have a shredder, put it directly into it. Pour lemon juice over the avocado to prevent it from browning. Wash the greens, dry them, tear off the branches and place them in a container with the avocado. I took dill, but you can take any you like.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Beat the avocado with herbs until pureed.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Add cream cheese. Choose a quality product that does not contain vegetable fats. Punch the mixture again - you should get a homogeneous cream.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

If the fish is not sliced, cut it into thin slices. Also cut the lemon slices into small segments.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Transfer the cream into a piping bag. Place it in tartlets. You can simply spoon it out without using a bag.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Twist the fish slices into a rose shape and place on top of the cream.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Additionally, decorate the tartlets with lemon slices and parsley leaves. You can also use cucumber, black olives, capers.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

You can cool the finished tartlets a little before serving - then the cream will harden a little. I prefer soft cream, I serve them straight to the table. Bon appetit!

I have leftover tartlets from the holiday and avocado, and here is just the recipe for Tartlets with avocado, red fish and curd cheese! I whipped the cream with an immersed blender, using green onions instead of parsley. The result was a fish swim, an installation for children)
