First of all, prepare the necessary ingredients for preparing lush pastries with fresh juicy fruits. Turn on the oven to 175 degrees in advance.

    To prepare the dough, take a deep bowl and a fine sieve, then sift 200 grams of premium flour through it into the bowl, pour into it one teaspoon of soda, one teaspoon of vanilla sugar, add a pinch of salt and mix all the dry ingredients together.     Take a large bowl and break two chicken eggs into it, then pour one hundred and fifty grams of sugar into the bowl and grind the sugar and eggs together until smooth.

I made a sweet peach pie for tea today. I used 1.5 percent kefir. It took me as much flour as the author. The dough turned out to be medium thick. Instead of peaches, I added nectarine to the pie. I baked the pie in a mold with a diameter of 19 cm for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. The pie baked perfectly during this time, it turned out fluffy, soft and very fragrant. It tastes moderately sweet, you can’t smell the soda. Thank you very much for the wonderful recipe!
