The spicy and sweet vinegar marinade “cooks” our fish for two or three days. Cut the salmon into slices.
STEP 3
Chop the carrots or grate them on a coarse grater, cut the onion into rings.
STEP 4
All ingredients are prepared. Wash a couple of half-liter jars in hot soapy water. We sterilize them in the oven for about fifteen minutes, heating it to 140 degrees. Although each housewife sterilizes the jar in her own way.
STEP 5
Prepare a marinade from the indicated products. Let's put sugar, vinegar and pepper in some container, say a saucepan. Heat all this with 200 ml of water over a small fire until the sugar dissolves. Bring this solution to a boil and cook for a minute. Then let it cool.
STEP 6
The jars have already cooled down, and let's put the cooked salmon in them in layers,

chopped carrots and onions,
STEP 8
then - bay leaf with cold vinegar.
STEP 9
Cover the pan tightly with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for three days.
STEP 10
When the salmon is marinated, it is better to serve it on rye bread with a green salad. Bon appetit!
