Isla Wilson

Memories of childhood always give me warmth. I grew up in a family where the kitchen was the center of home comfort, and my grandmother generously shared the secrets of her dishes. Every smell and every preparation is a memory of love and care. Traveling around the world, I discovered a variety of tastes: from spicy Indian curries to delicate Italian pastas. These culinary adventures inspired me to create a space where everyone can experience the joy of cooking. My goal is to show that it is easy to cook something special, and everyone can become the chef of their family.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Pastry at The French Pastry School.
