    Ingredients: water, honey, raisins, lemon, yeast and rye flour.

    Take 4/5 of all the water and add flour and yeast to it. Mix.

    Place the mixed honey with lemon and raisins into a jar and pour in the water with yeast and flour. Mix. After a day you need to add the rest of the water.

    As soon as the lemon and raisins float to the surface, the kvass needs to be strained.

    Pour the kvass into containers (bottles, jars), putting 2-3 raisins in each. Cover tightly and keep in a cool place. You can use it after 2-3 days.

I’ve tried a lot of kvass recipes, but unfortunately I’ve never been able to make anything sensible. I buy from the store very often, but I want something more natural. I always tried different recipes, but unfortunately to no avail. I really hope that your culinary recipe will work out for me and I will be able to please myself and my family with excellent honey kvass.

I liked it, but it was a little sweet. Next time I'll put less honey.
