  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make pancakes from flaxseed flour? Prepare your ingredients. The dough is prepared using a mixture of wheat and flax flour. If you use exclusively flaxseed flour without adding wheat, the quality of the pancakes will be worse, and not everyone will like the taste of such pancakes. Beat the eggs into a bowl. Add sugar and a pinch of salt. If desired, you can change the amount of sugar depending on what kind of pancakes you are going to make - sweet or with savory filling.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Beat the eggs in a bowl with a hand whisk or mixer. Pour warm milk into the bowl with the egg mixture and add a few spoons of thick natural and fresh sour cream. Mix the ingredients again until smooth. Sift the wheat and flaxseed flour into one container and mix together. Set about 1/5 of the flour aside and sift the baking powder into most of it.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Pour the flour mixture with baking powder into the bowl with the liquid. Add flour gradually, in small portions, kneading the dough well after each addition. Focus on the consistency of the dough - it should be a little thicker than regular pancakes. Add more flour if necessary. Leave the dough to rest on the counter for 15 minutes.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Heat a frying pan over high heat and grease it with vegetable oil. Pour the dough into the pan, carefully spreading it over the surface. Fry the pancake on one side over medium heat until golden brown. Then flip over and let the pancake brown on the other side.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Fry pancakes using all the dough in this way.

    STEP 6

The pancakes are ready. Serve them to the table as a dessert with jam, preserves or condensed milk, or as a main course - stuffed with any filling. Bon appetit!
