Add the second half of the flour and knead into a soft, pliable dough. Transfer to a bag and place in the freezer for about 15 minutes. The dough will not freeze during this time, but it will cool down and will be easy to work with.

Let's move on to the almond dough. Prepare the ingredients. You can use flour from other nuts.

Beat the egg whites into a bowl and add a pinch of salt. Start beating at low speed.

When light foam appears, gradually increase the mixer speed and gradually add sugar.

Beat until these beautiful strong peaks form.

Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract. If you use vanilla sugar, it must be added along with the sugar.

Now you need to add almond flour in two approaches.

Gently mix the whites with flour, from top to bottom, so that the dough does not fall.
