Remove from heat, cover with a lid and leave to brew for half an hour.

    Add honey to it, mix well and place on the stove over medium heat. Choose fragrant and natural honey for lollipops, in this case the lollipops will turn out very tasty! Once the mixture boils, reduce the heat to low. Cook the syrup for half an hour, stirring occasionally.

    After half an hour, the syrup will begin to thicken and bubble strongly. Be careful to mix gently as the mixture is very hot. Cook for another five to ten minutes.

Anna, thanks for the recipe. Tell me what dye did you use? In all the step-by-step photos the color is quite natural, but in the photo the finished lollipops are super red, why?

The candy recipe is interesting, but as far as I know, honey loses its beneficial properties at temperatures above 90 degrees, so it is not recommended to add it to tea, but to use it separately. And then cook it for 30 minutes! It seems to me that all the healing properties of honey will be boiled away and only its sweetness and smell will remain.
