How to quite simply and quickly prepare stuffed zucchini with chicken breast and cheese, which will definitely appeal to many for its excellent taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products with spices for quickly preparing a hearty dish of dietary zucchini with chicken and cheese in the oven.
STEP 2

To prepare the dish, cut two young zucchini into rings one and a half to two centimeters thick.
STEP 3

Take a suitable mold and remove the cores from each sliced zucchini.
STEP 4

Cut the removed zucchini cores into small cubes and place them in a large bowl.
STEP 5

Take a deep frying pan and place it on the stove, then pour one and a half liters of water into it and bring to a boil, then add salt to taste and lay out the zucchini preparations, which then blanch for three to five minutes.

Cut eighty grams of chicken breast into small cubes and place in a bowl with chopped zucchini cores.
STEP 7

Take a large grater and grate seventy grams of Russian hard cheese, which you then place in a large large bowl, then break one chicken egg into it and add a little salt to taste.

Add nutmeg, oregano, red and black pepper mixture and four tablespoons of breadcrumbs to taste in a common bowl.

Take a fine grater and grate fifty grams of Parmesan cheese, then add a small amount to a common bowl and mix all the ingredients well.

Place the blanched zucchini pieces in a colander and let them cool a little time.

Take a baking sheet and cover it with parchment, then place the zucchini preparations on it.

Mix the prepared filling in a bowl, then place one tablespoon at a time into the zucchini blanks and compact, then place half of the cherry tomatoes on top.

Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to two hundred degrees and bake the zucchini for fifteen to twenty minutes until fully cooked.
