STEP 1
Take the products according to the list: pork ribs, potatoes, carrots, onions, sweet peppers (optional), salt, ground black pepper, bay leaf, water.
STEP 2
Peel and cut carrots, onions and peppers into medium-sized pieces.
STEP 3
