Stewed garlic arrows
Golden time for gourmets and garlic lovers! It tastes like mushrooms. We must hurry and have time to harvest the first garlic harvest. I tried this dish once and now it has become my favorite. Even opponents of garlic and its aroma will appreciate its taste, which is incredible. The finished dish has a sweetish taste and you won’t immediately understand what this side dish is made of.

STEP 1

Cut off the garlic arrows and wash them well.
STEP 2
