A nutritious and satisfying dish - cabbage with minced meat! No matter how much I resisted this culinary recipe, it managed to take a firm position in the list of the most favorite dishes in our family. The thing is that my husband has German roots. And with German pedantry, he does PR for sausages, green peas and cabbage in our family. I will now describe the simplest and, perhaps, most favorite culinary recipe for stewed cabbage.

    I pour boiling water over the tomatoes to make it easier to remove the skin. After that, I chop the carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the onions and sauté in a second frying pan.

    I add minced beef to them, mix everything and add salt. I close the lid and leave to simmer over low heat.

I stir and simmer for about five minutes. After that, I transfer everything into a large frying pan with cabbage and simmer for another five minutes until fully cooked.
