The cabbage needs to be coarsely chopped. Choose a larger frying pan, with high edges and a lid. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the cabbage there, cover with a lid and leave to simmer over medium heat. We have a ceramic stove, I set the heat to “6”.

I pour boiling water over the tomatoes to make it easier to remove the skin. After that, I chop the carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the onions and sauté in a second frying pan.

I add minced beef to them, mix everything and add salt. I close the lid and leave to simmer over low heat.

I take the scalded tomatoes out of the water, remove the skin and cut them into cubes, approximately 1 cm x 1 cm in size. I add the tomatoes to the onions, carrots and minced meat. I stir and simmer for about five minutes. After that, I transfer everything into a large frying pan with cabbage and simmer for another five minutes until fully cooked.

At the end, before serving, you can sprinkle the cabbage with finely chopped herbs.

Best served on large white plates. In my opinion, this food looks especially advantageous in them.
