Sometimes my daughter needs dietary nutrition. Usually she asks to cook steamed cutlets. This time I found a recipe for steamed fish cutlets. I cooked it with dietary fish - pike perch. Removed the skin from the fillet and cut into pieces. I passed it through a meat grinder twice to grind any small bones. I missed the onion along with the fish. All that remains is to add the homemade egg and grated potatoes on a medium grater. I didn't add any spices, just added a little salt. I formed the cutlets with wet hands. Placed it in a greased multicooker basket. I poured two glasses of hot water into the bowl and added a bay leaf for flavor. I cooked it in the steamer mode for 30 minutes and left it to steam for another 10 minutes with the lid closed. The steamed fish cutlets turned out so soft, airy, and delicious! They are filling and healthy! My daughter really liked it.
