I really liked the tancha cutlets, they are perfect for dinner, light, juicy, tender, but for myself I will replace the breadcrumbs with just an egg and bake them in the oven, or steam them, since when frying in a frying pan, very much will get into the tender squid meat a lot of fat and bread crumbs, absorbing it, will turn gluten into a sticky mass, which is not entirely true for my diet, but pure squid meat in an egg and in the oven will turn into a storehouse of protein and a small amount of calories, and a very small amount of fat))) Required I'll make it this weekend!!!
