I really love pickled cabbage. Therefore, I gladly set about preparing spicy cabbage for the winter with beets. Preparing such cabbage is not difficult, and the simple and inexpensive ingredients in the composition make such preparation very accessible. I took the ingredients for 10 servings. I marinated the cabbage for three days. It turned out very tasty, crispy, with a pleasant sourness, and also beautiful and bright. The beets and carrots also turned out crispy. I would add more garlic, but that's my taste. In any case, it turned out great.
