I bought a can of tuna canned in its own juice and found this recipe on my favorite website. I was interested in the combination of ingredients. Previously, I prepared salads with tuna, vegetables and eggs. But I also tried it with potatoes. I took this recipe as a basis and made a Spanish salad with tuna and potatoes, changing it a little. I replaced the lettuce leaves with parsley, and we don’t really like beans, so we didn’t add them. I boiled the potatoes in advance, but not in their skins, so as not to peel them later) I used regular tomatoes instead of cherry ones. I layered the salad onto two serving plates. The salad turned out delicious! It’s very simple to prepare, but it turns out beautiful, aromatic, and satisfying. The recipe is wonderful! Tuna with tomato, potatoes, onions and herbs is incredibly tasty. Garlic and pepper added spice, vinegar added sourness, and cumin added piquancy. The dressing is amazing! Before serving, I sprinkled the salad with toasted sesame seeds. Savored the Spanish salad with tuna and potatoes for a light dinner. This is a real masterpiece!!!
