How to quickly and easily prepare a hearty soup with meatballs from mixed minced meat and vegetables with homemade dumplings, which is sure to appeal to many and will pleasantly surprise you with its wonderful taste? First of all, prepare the necessary ingredients with spices to prepare a rich hot dish for lunch or dinner.
STEP 2

To prepare meatballs, take a deep bowl and place two hundred and fifty grams of mixed minced meat into it, then add half a head of pre-finely chopped onion to the bowl.
STEP 3

Add salt, ground black pepper and the white of one chicken egg to the bowl with minced meat and onions to taste.
STEP 4

Mix the minced meat with the onions and spices in a bowl with your hands, then beat it a little to compact the minced meat and make the meatballs more dense.
STEP 5

Add a little salt to the bowl with the egg yolk to taste and stir until smooth.
STEP 6

Place one and a half tablespoons of premium wheat flour in a small bowl with the egg yolk, then mix all the ingredients and knead the dough to further prepare soft lazy dumplings.

Cut four peeled medium potatoes into small cubes and place them in a common pan, then mix the vegetables together and heat the potatoes for two minutes.

Pour one and a half liters of boiling water into a saucepan with vegetables, then cover it with a lid and bring the soup to a boil over high heat on the stove.
STEP 13

Place the meatballs in a saucepan with boiling soup, then mix all the ingredients together and bring the soup back to a boil over high heat on the stove.
STEP 14

Take a coarse grater, then grate the dough ball into a plate and the lazy soup dumplings are ready.

Continue boiling the soup in a saucepan for ten minutes on a low stove temperature, then place the prepared dumplings in the saucepan and mix all the ingredients.

Switch the stove to medium temperature, then add coriander, paprika and dried garlic to the pan with the soup to taste.
STEP 17

Add dried basil, parsley, dill, bay leaf to the pot of soup to taste and mix all the ingredients together.
STEP 18

Cover the pan with a lid and bring the soup back to a boil at high heat on the stove, then let the soup brew on the turned off stove for ten minutes.
