STEP 1

How to cook soup with sausages and noodles? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for this. Choose sausages to your taste. The main thing is that you like them. Green peas for soup can be canned, frozen or fresh. I have canned. Open the jar and drain the liquid from the peas. Peel the potatoes and rinse them to remove dirt.
STEP 2

Cut the peeled potatoes into small pieces. Boil water or any broth in a saucepan and place the potatoes in it. Leave to cook for 15 minutes.
STEP 3

Peel and chop the onions and carrots. Grate the carrots and finely chop the onion. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the onions and carrots for 3-4 minutes.
STEP 4

Then add the chopped sausages to the pan and fry them along with the vegetables for another 2-3 minutes.
STEP 5

Place the finished frying with sausages in the pan with the potatoes.
STEP 6

Next, add vermicelli to the soup with potatoes and sausages.
STEP 7

Add green peas to the soup. Add salt and spices to taste. When adding salt, consider the amount of salt in the sausages. Boil everything together for 1-2 minutes and remove from heat. Leave the soup to stand for a while under the lid.
