I cooked soup with sausages and noodles personally for my daughter. Therefore, according to her order, I excluded the onions and replaced the peas with broccoli. First of all, I put carrots, grated on a medium grater, into the frying pan. As soon as it was browned in the oil, add the chopped sausage and fry for another 5 minutes. At this time the potatoes were boiling, I cut them into small cubes so that they would cook faster. Next I added broccoli and after 5 minutes fry it. I put the pasta at the end of cooking, because I used “letters”, and small pasta cooks faster. The soup turned out very tasty, rich! The taste of sausages is especially noticeable, so you need to choose quality ones. The soup is prepared quickly and easily, which is of course convenient. Thanks for the recipe!
