Wonderful recipe and a finger licking soup. You can make different soups from meatballs and they will all be delicious in their own way... For example, I like to cook with rice and buckwheat. But not long ago I tried to cook it with pasta and made meatballs from chicken breast. True, I added a little lard to the minced meat so that it would not be so dry and there would be more onions... It turned out tasty and like summer....
