Every childhood memory is associated with the aromas of home-cooked meals that my grandmother prepared. With her generous smile and care, I learned for the first time to appreciate the power of food and family traditions. Exploring cuisines around the world, from vibrant Italian pastas to spicy Indian curries, I've found inspiration in every corner of the planet. My goal is to show that cooking can be simple and accessible. I believe that everyone, regardless of experience, is capable of creating something magical in their kitchen. Sharing moments of communication around the table is the basis of our lives.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at London College of Contemporary Arts.
