I prepared sweet rose buns with sugar for tea. I used premium grade flour. It took me about 360 grams. The dough turned out very tender, soft, pliable. It’s very pleasant and easy to work with. I baked the buns at 180 degrees for 25 minutes: 10 minutes on the bottom level of the oven and 15 minutes on the top. The buns turned out very beautiful and elegant. They are very soft and tasty.
