Sweet Buns Roses with sugar

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Dough. To prepare the bun dough, we need: flour
STEP 2

Pour warm water into a deep bowl. Add sugar and salt. Mix thoroughly until the crystals are completely dissolved.
STEP 3

Add dry yeast and mix again. Before adding yeast, you need to read the instructions. Since there is yeast that needs to be mixed with flour immediately. We need yeast, which needs to be activated with a warm liquid - water or milk. We need the second option.
STEP 4

Add 2-3 tbsp. l. flour. Mix everything with a whisk.
STEP 5

Leave in a warm place for 10 minutes until a foam cap appears on the surface.
STEP 6

Sift the flour. Melt the butter and cool. Pour activated yeast and melted butter into the sifted flour.
STEP 7

Knead soft elastic dough.
STEP 8

Cover the dough with a towel and leave to rise for 1 hour. After the time has passed, knead the dough, cover again with a towel and leave to rise for another 30 minutes.
STEP 9

Filling. For the bun filling we will need: sugar and vanilla sugar.
STEP 10

Mix sugar with vanilla sugar.
STEP 11

Knead the risen dough again and roll it out into an oval on a floured table. There is no need to spare flour, otherwise the dough will stick to the surface and it will be difficult to roll it up.
STEP 12

Sprinkle the sugar mixture evenly over the dough.
STEP 13

Roll the dough into a roll.
STEP 14

Cut into 10-12 pieces of equal size.
STEP 15

From one edge, unfold the edges of the dough, giving it a rose shape. It is better to pinch the other edge of the buns so that the sugar does not leak out of them. Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake the buns for about 25 minutes at 190°C.
STEP 16

Serve the buns warm with milk or tea/coffee. Bon appetit!
