    How to cook soup with meatballs and noodles? Prepare everything you need. Peel the potatoes, onions and carrots. Rinse the peeled vegetables to remove any dirt. You can use any meat to make meatballs. I will cook using pork.

    Cut the pork into pieces and pass through a meat grinder. Follow the meat with half the onion. Place the minced meat in a spacious bowl, add the egg, salt and a little spice. Mix everything well so that the ingredients are evenly distributed among themselves.

    Pour water for the soup into a saucepan of a suitable size and place it on the fire. You can use a non-stick or enamel pan. Bring the water to a boil. Using your hands, form the minced meat into small meatballs and place them in boiling water. Why in boiling water? It is in boiling water that the meatballs “set” on the outside and will not fall apart during further cooking. Bring everything together again to a boil. The foam that forms during boiling must be skimmed off.

    Cut the peeled potatoes into small pieces and place them in the pan with the meatballs. Cook everything together for 15-20 minutes.

    At the end of cooking, add the prepared vermicelli to the boiling soup. Boil it for 3-4 minutes. Add some salt and spices.

    If desired, you can add some chopped herbs. I really like adding fresh dill to soups. Remove the pan from the heat and let the soup sit for a while under the lid. 10 minutes will be enough.

We always have soup for lunch, so almost every time I look for a new recipe for variety. After all, if you change something a little, the taste will become completely different. This time I had pork. I decided that I would make soup with meatballs, for some reason we all love minced meat) I ground the pork in a blender, it grinds the meat perfectly, and at the same time I added onions to it. I also added a little semolina for more thickness. The result was homogeneous minced meat. Before forming the meatballs, I kept it in the refrigerator for an hour. I prepared a little frying, more for color. For spices I used smoked paprika and vegetable powder. Instead of vermicelli, I added egg noodles, there was just a little left. The soup with meatballs, potatoes and noodles turned out not very thick, but rich. This is exactly what I planned to cook. The soup is delicious and beautiful. The meatballs are tender but hold their shape perfectly. I liked this recipe)

We love soup with meatballs and noodles, and children especially love this soup. I made meatballs from homemade minced chicken. I put potatoes in boiling water and cooked them with spices. At the same time, I fried onions and carrots. I made some meatballs and put them in the pan. I added frying and at the end of cooking I added spider web vermicelli.
