I urgently needed to prepare lunch for myself and the children, and I remembered this light and tasty soup with dumplings and potatoes. It is quick and easy to prepare, and most importantly, children love it very much. I immediately set the potatoes to boil and cut them smaller so that they would cook faster. I already had fried onions and carrots for another soup, I took a little from the frying pan) Once the potatoes were cooked, I threw in dumplings, butter, herbs and a mixture of peppers. My dumplings are medium in size; after floating, I cooked them for 6-7 minutes so that the filling had time to cook. We immediately had some hot soup and lunch. Well, very tasty!
