Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 25 mins
STEP 1
1. I took bacon TM "Okraina". Not necessary. Just my choice.

2. Chop the bacon. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

3. Wash the greens, dry them, chop them.
STEP 4
4. Combine eggs with sour cream and softened butter. Mix with a whisk until smooth.

5. Add flour, baking powder, salt, beat everything into a fluffy mass.

6. Add bacon, cheese, herbs. Mix.
STEP 7
7. Grease the molds with a small amount of butter and lightly sprinkle with breadcrumbs (optional).

8. Rusks are not necessary, but if you do use them, then use a fine “dust” of breadcrumbs.

9. Pour the egg mixture into the molds. Place them in a baking tray half filled with hot water and place in an oven preheated to 160* for 20 minutes.
