I love soup and borscht with sorrel. I cook the soup only with chicken broth, without lentils, and fry it (onions, carrots) in butter (one little secret, when the meat boils and you remove the noise, put one potato cut into 4 parts. When it is cooked, remove it from the broth, crush and put back into the broth). And I cook borscht with pork: put diced potatoes into the prepared broth, while the potatoes are cooking, fry them: fry the onion in vegetable oil, then add carrots and beets, fry for 5 minutes, add tomato and a little sugar (I put 1 tsp) and fry for another 5 minutes. Place the finished roast in a saucepan, add chopped sorrel and, after boiling, let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
