At this time, prepare the protein mass. Take the cold whites out of the refrigerator and beat them until stiff, gradually adding sugar (2 cups).

Grease the mold with oil and line it with parchment.

Place 1 part of the dough in the mold and level it with your hands or a spoon.

Spread 1/3 of the protein mixture on top and place in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 30 minutes.

For the cream, beat 200 g of butter with a can of condensed boiled milk. I made it with ready-made caramel.
