Snack cucumbers with delicious filling
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

To prepare a delicious snack of crispy cucumbers with filling and individual flavor, we prepare the necessary products and spices.
STEP 2

We carefully and correctly cut the required number of cucumbers, each into four parts, rub them thoroughly inside and outside with salt so that they absorb the latter quite well in a very short time and put them in a cup.
STEP 3

We cut the green onion into large feathers and crush it well, make it soft so that it is more convenient to use in preparing our snack and put it in a separate bowl.
STEP 4

Finely chop a small amount of dill and parsley to give the appetizer a wonderful aroma and add it to the bowl with the green onions.
STEP 5

Cut half a head of onion into thin half rings, finely chop three cloves of garlic and add to the greens in a bowl.
STEP 6

Grate one carrot on a Korean grater and place it in a common bowl with all the ingredients, add ten grams of paprika for taste and one teaspoon of Korean carrot seasoning.
STEP 7

We also add a handful of sesame seeds and three tablespoons of soy sauce to a common bowl.
STEP 8

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and prepare the filling for the cucumbers.
STEP 9

We thoroughly rinse the cucumbers under running water, which have absorbed enough salt in 15-20 minutes, and place a colander so that excess water drains into a cup.
STEP 10

We stuff the cucumbers with the prepared filling and place them on a suitable plate, and sprinkle our dish with sesame seeds on top to taste.
