I remember as a child watching my grandmother lovingly prepare our family dinners. Every aroma, every dish was framed by evening conversations at the table where the whole family gathered. This tradition inspired me to take the path of cooking. As I travel the world, I absorb a variety of cuisines and authentic recipes. My heart rejoices when I create simple dishes that can be prepared without special skills. I strive to show that cooking is an accessible art that can bring people together and bring joy.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Seattle Culinary Academy.
