STEP 1

How to make green tomatoes into slices for the winter? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. From this amount of products you get 2 liters of salad.
STEP 2

Wash the green tomatoes, cut into quarters (if the tomatoes are small) or smaller slices.
STEP 3

Finely chop the washed and dried celery and parsley. Peel the garlic and squeeze it through a press. Cut clean hot capsicum into small pieces.
STEP 4

In a deep container, mix green tomatoes with herbs, garlic and pepper.
STEP 5

Transfer the vegetable mixture into clean and sterile jars.
STEP 6

For the marinade, combine water, salt, sugar, vinegar and bring to a boil.
STEP 7

Pour boiling marinade over green tomatoes in jars and cover with lids.
STEP 8

Sterilize green tomatoes slices in boiling water for 15 minutes.
STEP 9

Remove the jars from the pan using special tongs and screw on the lids.
STEP 10

Turn the jars over, wrap them and let them cool completely. Store green tomatoes in slices in a dark and cool place. Good luck with your preparations!
