Snack cake made from minced chicken and meat

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make a cake from minced meat? Start with the snack cake batter. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Use minced meat from any meat or chicken you like. If you buy ready-made, take high-quality without additives. But it’s better to make the minced meat yourself. I have minced chicken and pork. Eggs are suitable C1 or C0, refined oil.
STEP 2

Cut white bread (loaf) into slices, place in a blender bowl and fill with milk. Leave for 5 minutes to swell and grind until smooth. You can also shred soggy bread with a fork. The main thing is to get a homogeneous mass.
STEP 3

To knead the meat dough for the cake, take a deep bowl with a rounded bottom. Place the crushed bread there. Wash the eggs with soap and break them into a bowl. Add salt and pepper, mix well.
STEP 4

Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees. Add minced meat and knead the dough thoroughly. It turns out slightly runny. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts.
STEP 5

For baking, take a round pan with a diameter of about 20 cm. I have a cast iron frying pan. Grease the mold with vegetable oil and evenly distribute one part of the dough over the mold. Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 15-20 minutes. The finished minced meat cake will lighten and brown slightly. Cooking time may vary depending on the type of minced meat, dishes and the capabilities of your oven. Focus on the appearance of the cakes.
STEP 6

While all three layers are baking and cooling, prepare the cake filling. Use greens according to your taste.
STEP 7

Peel and rinse the onions and carrots. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the onion into small cubes. In this form, the vegetables will cook faster and the filling will be more uniform.
STEP 8

To fry, take a frying pan that will accommodate both carrots and onions. Heat it and carefully, so as not to burn yourself, pour vegetable oil onto it. Since carrots take longer to cook than onions, fry them first. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes.
STEP 9

When the carrots begin to soften, add the chopped onion to the pan and fry for another 7 minutes over medium heat. Be sure to stir so that the vegetables cook evenly and do not dry out. Add a pinch of salt and stir. Remove from heat and cool completely.
STEP 10

Rinse the tomatoes well, remove the stem. Cut one into circles. Leave the second one for decoration.
STEP 11

Once the cakes have cooled, begin assembling the cake.
STEP 12

Add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise to the carrot and onion mixture and mix well. Lubricate the first cake with the resulting cream.
STEP 13

Cover with the second cake layer, press down a little and brush with mayonnaise. Spread the chopped tomato evenly on top. Cover with the third cake layer and press down slightly.
STEP 14

Peel the garlic, rinse and place in a blender bowl. Remove the wilted leaves from the greens, rinse and dry. Leave the greens for decoration, add the rest to the garlic. Place mayonnaise there. Grind well until the cream turns green.
STEP 15

Lubricate the top cake with the resulting cream. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Before serving, garnish with herbs and vegetables.
