If this does not happen, then you need to use other yeast; the dough will not rise.

Good afternoon! Frankly, I rarely make yeast dough🤣, but not this time. Thanks to the author💜The preparation is not difficult, it is pleasant to work with the dough. The decision to bake was spontaneous; there was no cream cheese, so I replaced sour cream with cottage cheese and sugar (using a blender). For those who will bake in a glass pan, like mine, I advise you to add another 10 minutes. I was pleased with the result. The synabons turned out tender, soft, just melted in your mouth😋

I give the recipe an A. The dough turned out good, rose perfectly, and was plastic. During proofing, the buns increased in volume well, and after baking they became soft, fluffy, and fragrant. I took the comments into account and since I baked in a glass pan, I increased the time in the oven to form a crust. And I made more glaze, or rather, I only increased the amount of curd cheese - 150 grams. I also decorated my buns with stripes of chocolate glaze and caramel.

Words certainly cannot describe how much we love these buns. I even cook it for a holiday if time allows and I would prefer this sweet bun to any piece of cake, I love such buns so much! I make the cream a little differently, more cheese and less powdered sugar) and I also really like to sprinkle the buns with white or dark chocolate))
