Simple nut cupcake

Extraordinarily tasty, very aromatic, tender, airy! The cake with nuts is prepared almost according to GOST, but with butter instead of margarine. You can take any nuts for him: walnuts, peanuts, hazelnuts, cashews and so on. The baked goods have a bright nutty taste!

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to bake a cupcake with nuts? Prepare your food. I took the nuts in the form of a mixture: walnuts, cashews, almonds and hazelnuts. You can stop at one thing or make a mix, choose according to your taste. I use vanilla sugar with natural vanilla, which is why it is so dark. Remember that the ingredients for the cake should be at the same temperature - room temperature, so remove them from the refrigerator in advance. The butter should soften completely; we will beat it.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Sift the flour together with baking powder to saturate it with oxygen. What flour is best to use? I recommend taking the highest grade.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Grind the nuts to fine crumbs. I used a food processor, you can use a blender, or you can just chop them with a knife. In general, the size of the nuts is not so important in this recipe; they do not act as flour. Large pieces will also work.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Beat butter and sugar. Beat at low speed, add sugar gradually. The butter should become fluffy and light.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

While continuing to beat, add eggs to the butter mixture one at a time. After each egg, wait until completely mixed. The mass will become smooth and shiny.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Add vanilla sugar and nuts to the butter, stir.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Turn the mixer on to the lowest speed and add the flour little by little. Mix well until smooth. Please note that you may need more or less flour than I did. Be guided by the consistency of the dough; it should not be too stiff.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Turn on the oven to preheat at 200°C. Grease the pan with oil, lay out the dough, and smooth the top with a spatula.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Reduce oven temperature to 170°C. Bake the cake for about an hour or a little less or more. Focus on your oven and the appearance of the cake - it should brown. Cool the finished cake. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.

I was going to visit my mother-in-law and needed to quickly prepare something for tea. I found this recipe for a delicious and beautiful cupcake. I had the oil warmed up in advance, so I kneaded the dough very quickly. The dough itself turned out to be quite thick, as befits a cake dough) I changed the order of adding flour and nuts. I took walnuts, I didn’t grind them in a blender, I wanted them to be pieces. I put the nuts in a bag and tapped them with a rolling pin, resulting in pieces of different sizes. First I put flour into the dough, and then nuts. By the way, we chop the nuts in advance and I put them in the freezer. This way they don’t spoil and you can immediately take the right amount for baking. The cake was baked for 40 minutes. I love the rectangular cake pan, it creates such a nice little shape in the middle, and it’s easy to cut. The cake turned out fluffy and porous. Soft inside and crispy outside. There are a lot of nuts, you can see it when cut) It’s very tasty! Everyone liked the rich nutty aroma and taste.
